- 1 packet (3.5 oz) unsweetened acai puree OR 1 tablespoon acai powder
- 0.75 cup white grape juice
- 0.25 teaspoon green coffee extract (optional)
- 1–2 tablespoons simple syrup
- 1 large fresh lime
- Plenty of ice
Instructions
- Gather Ingredients: Have all your ingredients ready on the counter, ensuring your frozen strawberries are still frosty.
- Blend Base Mixture: In a blender, combine 1 cup frozen strawberries, 1 packet (3.5 oz) unsweetened acai puree, 0.25 cup white grape juice, and 1-2 tablespoons simple syrup (to taste). Blend until super smooth and beautifully Iced Pink (about 1-2 minutes).
- Dilute And Energize: Add another 0.5 cup white grape juice and 0.25 teaspoon green coffee extract (if using) to the blender. Blend just until combined (about 30 seconds) so the mixture remains thick. (If it looks too thick to pour, splash in an extra 1-2 tablespoons juice.)
- Assemble Drink: Fill two tall glasses generously with ice, ensuring they are about three-quarters full. Pour the refreshing strawberry acai mixture over the ice.
