- 1 lb (450g) Strawberries, fresh or frozen
- 2–4 tablespoons Granulated Sugar, optional
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice, optional
- 2 tablespoons Water
Instructions
- Prep the Strawberries: Wash the fresh strawberries thoroughly and remove the green leafy tops (hulls).
- Combine Ingredients: Place the hulled strawberries, optional sugar, and optional lemon juice directly into a high-speed blender.
- Blend Until Smooth: Secure the lid and blend on high for 30-60 seconds, or until the mixture is completely smooth. For a thicker consistency, do not add any water.
Notes
- Substitutions: You can use honey or maple syrup instead of granulated sugar to keep it refined sugar-free.
- Storage: Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week or freeze for up to 3 months.
