Instructions

- Make Filling: In a bowl, combine 8 oz cream cheese, 1 cup shredded cheddar, 0.5 cup crumbled bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Mix until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Stuff Jalapenos: Generously spoon the prepared filling into each hollowed jalapeno half, pressing gently to ensure they are full.
- Char & Bake: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Arrange the stuffed jalapenos on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Broil for 3-5 minutes for Charred Green Striping (watch closely to prevent burning!). Then, bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is golden and the peppers are tender.
