sugar cookie fudge recipe Confetti Swirl Squares
- Total Time: 138 minutes
- Yield: 16 squares (8×8 inch pan) 1x
- Diet: General
Description
This no-bake sugar cookie fudge is a quick and easy dessert featuring a creamy texture, classic sugar cookie flavor, and vibrant confetti sprinkles, perfect for a celebratory treat without the oven.
Ingredients
- 0.5 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz)
- 1 cup sugar cookie mix
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 0.5 cup confetti sprinkles, plus extra for topping
Instructions
- Prepare Pan: Line an 8×8 inch pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides.
- Melt Base: In a large, microwave-safe bowl, combine the melted butter, white chocolate chips, and sweetened condensed milk. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well after each, until the mixture is completely smooth and fully melted (about 2-3 minutes total).
- Add Flavor: Stir in the sugar cookie mix and vanilla extract until just combined. Mix gently to keep the texture smooth.
- Swirl in Sprinkles: Gently fold in most of the confetti sprinkles, reserving about two tablespoons for the top.
- Press and Set: Pour the warm fudge mixture into the prepared 8×8 inch pan and spread it evenly with a spatula.
- Chill Fudge: Sprinkle the remaining confetti over the top. Refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours, or until the fudge is completely firm.
- Cut and Serve: Use the parchment paper overhang to lift the fudge from the pan. Place on a cutting board, cut into small squares with a sharp knife, and enjoy.
Notes
If using salted butter, you may omit any optional added sea salt. If the mixture looks lumpy or seized after microwaving, stir vigorously off heat; a tiny bit of vegetable oil can sometimes rescue it. Store leftover fudge in an airtight container at room temperature or in the refrigerator.
