Instructions
- Prepare Chicken: Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, paprika, and cumin.
- Sear Chicken: Sear chicken in olive oil for 2 minutes per side.
- Sauté Aromatics: Sauté garlic and lemon zest, then deglaze with honey, broth, and vinegar.
- Slow Cook: Combine chicken and sauce in slow cooker with thyme; cook on Low for 4-5 hours or High for 2-3 hours.
- Rest & Slice: Rest chicken for 5 minutes before slicing.

Notes
For best results, use an instant-read thermometer to ensure the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 74°C (165°F). Don’t skip the searing step for optimal flavor.
