Instructions

  2. Add Wet Ingredients And Aromatics: Add 1-2 cloves minced garlic, 2 tbsp (30ml) fresh lemon juice, 0.25 cup (60ml) extra virgin olive oil, and 2 tbsp (30ml) water or milk to the food processor. Ensure all liquids are at room temperature for the best emulsion.
  3. Whip Dip: Process on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy, which takes about 2-3 minutes. Stop and scrape down the sides as needed to ensure everything combines. If it appears too thick, add more water or olive oil, 1 teaspoon at a time, until you reach your desired consistency.
  4. Fold In Herbs: Transfer the whipped feta dip to a serving bowl. Gently stir in 2-3 tbsp of your freshly chopped herbs until just combined.
