- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 4 cutlets
Instructions
- Marinate: In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lime juice, and Cajun seasoning. Add chicken and toss to coat. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to 4 hours.
- Cook (Stovetop): Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 6-8 minutes per side until cooked through.
- Cook (Air Fryer): Preheat air fryer to 360°F. Place chicken in the basket and cook at 375°F for 10 minutes. Flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Rest: Allow the chicken to rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
Notes
Preheat the grill pan for 3-5 minutes before adding the chicken to achieve grill marks. Always use a meat thermometer to ensure the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
