- 8 Chicken Thighs (Skinless, bone-in or with skin and bones)
- 3 tbsp Unsalted Butter
- 3 tbsp Grated Parmesan
- 3 Garlic Cloves (minced)
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Ground Paprika
- 1 tsp Dried Herbs
- 1/3 tsp Ground Black Pepper
Instructions
- Melt: Melt the butter in the microwave and pour it into a large bowl. Add grated parmesan, all spices and salt. Mix thoroughly.
- Add Garlic: Peel the garlic cloves, finely chop and add to the marinade bowl. Mix everything thoroughly again.
- Prep Chicken: Rinse chicken thighs and pat dry to remove excess moisture. Transfer to a large bowl for easy mixing and add the marinade.
- Marinate: Mix everything thoroughly – it is more convenient to do it with your hands. If you have time, cover the bowl with a lid (or cling film) and refrigerate for several hours.
- Cook: Transfer the marinated chicken thighs to the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook at 400F for 13 minutes on one side, then flip and cook another 6-7 minutes on the other side.
- Serve: Serve the thighs hot with fresh herbs, sauce, lemon or vegetables.
Notes
The best way to tell if the chicken is fully cooked is to use an instant read food thermometer. Chicken should be cooked until it reaches an internal temperature of at least 165F.
