- 2 tbsp avocado oil
- 2 tbsp gochujang paste
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp minced ginger
Instructions
- Step 1: In a bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix well.
- Step 2: Add the chicken and mix well.
- Step 3: Marinade for 15 minutes or more. For best results, marinate overnight.
- Step 4: Air fry at 350 degrees for 20 minutes, flipping halfway. The internal temperature of chicken is 165 degrees or more.
