- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1/3 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Make the marinade: In a bowl, combine the olive oil, honey, soy sauce, chopped garlic cloves, salt, and black pepper.
- Brush: Brush the salmon fillets all over with the marinade.
- Preheat: Preheat the air fryer to 370 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Prepare: Spray the air fryer basket with olive oil and place the salmon slices in the basket, leaving some space between them.
- Cook: Cook the salmon fillets at 370 degrees Fahrenheit for 5 minutes, then brush with additional marinade and cook for another 3 minutes or until cooked through and flaky.
- Serve: Serve the honey garlic salmon fillets immediately.
