Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon five-spice powder
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Step 1: In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, honey, hoisin sauce, apple cider vinegar, five-spice powder, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil.
  2. Step 2: Add the chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
  3. Step 3: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  4. Step 4: Place the marinated chicken on a baking sheet lined with foil.
