Instructions

  1. Marinate the Chicken: In a mixing bowl, combine the sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, minced garlic, grated ginger, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken thighs to the bowl and ensure they are fully coated with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (or overnight for better flavor).
  2. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  3. Prepare for Baking: Transfer the marinated chicken thighs to a baking dish. Pour any remaining marinade over the chicken.
