Description

A cheesy four-cheese ravioli casserole with layers of frozen ravioli, pasta sauce, and melted mozzarella.


Ingredients

  • 48 ounces Frozen Four-Cheese Stuffed Ravioli
  • 48 ounces Pasta Sauce
  • 1 cup Mozzarella, sliced or shredded
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan
  • 1 pound Ground Beef or Turkey Sausage (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat: Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Prepare Dish: Grease a 13″ x 9″ baking dish.
  3. Combine: Add frozen ravioli to the dish and stir in pasta sauce and cooked ground beef if using.
  4. Top: Top with mozzarella cheese and grated Parmesan.
  5. Cover: Spray aluminum foil with nonstick cooking spray and place on top of the dish.
  6. Bake: Bake in the oven for approximately 60 minutes, until pasta is cooked through.
  7. Brown: Broil for 2 minutes until the cheese is golden brown.

Notes

This dish can be made faster by boiling the ravioli according to package directions before baking, which reduces oven time to 20-25 minutes.
