Description

These Creamy Garlic Parmesan Shrimp Roll-Ups are rich, savory, and irresistibly cheesy. Juicy shrimp are tossed in a creamy garlic-Parmesan filling, rolled up in soft dough, and baked until golden and bubbly.


Ingredients

  • 450 g (1 lb) shrimp, chopped
  • 225 g (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 34 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella (optional)
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 12 tbsp chopped parsley
  • Lemon zest (optional)
  • 4 large flour tortillas or 12 tubes crescent dough
  • 3 tbsp butter, melted
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • Extra Parmesan and parsley for topping

Instructions

  1. Prep shrimp: Cook if raw, cool, then chop (or chop cooked shrimp).
  2. Make filling: Mix cream cheese, garlic, Parmesan, seasonings, and parsley, then fold in chopped shrimp.
  3. Roll: For tortillas, spread filling and roll tight, seam-side down; for crescent dough, fill, roll, and pinch edges.
  4. Bake: Bake at 375°F / 190°C until golden and set.
  5. Finish: Brush with garlic butter, sprinkle with Parmesan, and garnish with parsley.
  6. Serve: Slice and serve with optional dipping sauce.

Notes

Chop shrimp finely for even distribution. Use pizza dough for larger, heartier roll-ups. Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for heat.
