- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 medium onion (chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)

- 1 optional green bell pepper (chopped)
Instructions
- Preheat: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Brown Meat: In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef along with the chopped onion and minced garlic until the beef is no longer pink. Drain any excess fat.
- Combine: Stir in the uncooked rice, cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, and optional green bell pepper. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Bake: Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish, spreading it evenly. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Cheese: Remove the foil, sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top, and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is beautifully melted and bubbly.
- Cool: Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Leftovers can be refrigerated for 3-4 days or frozen for up to three months. Adjust seasoning according to taste. Feel free to swap the cream of mushroom soup for another variety or add frozen vegetables for extra nutrition.
