- 1 lb ground beef
- 5 c bow tie pasta
- 3 c spaghetti sauce
- 1 TBSP olive oil
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 c mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 c sour cream
Instructions
- Step 1: Brown ground beef in pan over medium heat and set aside.
- Step 2: Cook bow tie pasta according to directions.
- Step 3: Drain pasta and drizzle with olive oil.
- Step 4: Mix in spaghetti sauce.
- Step 5: Add meat, seasonings, cheese and sour cream.
- Step 6: Fold ingredients together and allow to combine, melt together over low heat for five minutes.
