Description
Chicken Caesar Pasta Salad is a tasty side cold dish recipe loaded with chopped romaine, shredded chicken, crumbled turkey bacon, croutons, shredded mozzarella, cheddar and Parmesan cheese all tossed in a creamy garlic Parmesan dressing.
Ingredients

- 3 cups fusilli noodles
- 1 cup Caesar salad dressing
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 2 cups chopped Romaine lettuce
- 2 cups shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup turkey bacon bits
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese blend
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup croutons
Instructions
- Step: Cook the fusilli noodles according to the directions on the package.
- Step: Drain the noodles and rinse them with cold water to cool them down.
- Step: Once the noodles are cold, gently dab them with paper towel to soak up any remaining water.
- Step: Dump the noodles into a large mixing bowl.
- Step: Add the Caesar dressing and mayo to the bowl.
- Step: Stir until all of the noodles are coated in dressing.
- Step: Add the chopped Romaine lettuce to the bowl and stir until the lettuce is coated in dressing.
- Step: Add the shredded chicken, turkey bacon bits, shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese blend and shredded Parmesan to the bowl.
- Step: Stir until all of the ingredients are fully combined.
- Step: Add the croutons to the bowl and stir them into the salad.
- Step: Serve immediately.
Notes
Perfect for potlucks and barbecues. Serve immediately before the croutons get soggy.
