Delicious and cheesy ground beef enchiladas that are sure to satisfy your cravings.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 can enchilada sauce
- 8 flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Step: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Step: In a skillet, cook the ground beef with chopped onion until browned.
- Step: Add garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper to the beef mixture.
- Step: Spread a small amount of enchilada sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Step: Fill each tortilla with the beef mixture and a sprinkle of cheese, then roll them up.
- Step: Place the rolled tortillas seam-side down in the baking dish.
- Step: Pour the remaining enchilada sauce over the top and sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
- Step: Bake for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Notes
For extra flavor, add diced green chilies to the beef mixture. Serve with sour cream and guacamole on the side. Can be made ahead and frozen before baking.
