Description
Quick, flavorful and easy these Salmon Patties whip up with minimal ingredients under 30 minutes. A fun dinner, appetizer or side dish recipe.

- 1 15 oz can pink salmon
- 1/4 cup cornmeal
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 egg
- 3 Tbs mayo
- 1/4 cup onions, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup red pepper, finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 – 1 tsp Old Bay Seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 3 Tbs oil
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp vegetable-based steak sauce
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Instructions
- Step: In bowl mix together all your patty ingredients besides the oil until well blended.
- Step: Using an ice cream scoop, scoop some of your mixture and shape into patties.
- Step: In a non-stick skillet add your oil and heat on medium-high.
- Step: Add patties into pan, making sure not to over crowd, do in batches.
- Step: Fry on each side for about 3-4 minutes or until brown.
- Step: Remove from skillet and place on paper towel lined plate to drain.
- Step: Meanwhile mix all your remoulade sauce in bowl and serve with salmon patties.
Notes
Salmon patties can also be baked at 375°F for 10-12 minutes or grilled over medium heat for 3-4 minutes per side.
