A creamy, spicy and savory Buffalo chicken dip, perfect for parties and served with toasted baguette slices.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 4 ounces crumbled blue cheese (microbial-rennet)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (microbial-rennet)
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 cups cooked and shredded chicken
  • Slices of baguette

Instructions

  1. Preheat: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Combine: In large bowl combine cream cheese, sour cream & ranch dressing.
  3. Toss: Toss chicken with 1/2 cup buffalo sauce.
  4. Mix: Mix in shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled blue cheese.
  5. Spread: Spread into the bottom of (8 or 9-inch) deep-dish or small casserole dish.
  6. Bake: Bake 15 minutes or until cooked through.
  7. Serve: Serve with lightly toasted slices of baguette.

Ensure the cream cheese is fully softened for a smoother blend.
