- 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 4 ounces crumbled blue cheese (microbial-rennet)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (microbial-rennet)
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 2 cups cooked and shredded chicken
- Slices of baguette
Instructions
- Preheat: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Combine: In large bowl combine cream cheese, sour cream & ranch dressing.
- Toss: Toss chicken with 1/2 cup buffalo sauce.
- Mix: Mix in shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled blue cheese.
- Spread: Spread into the bottom of (8 or 9-inch) deep-dish or small casserole dish.
- Bake: Bake 15 minutes or until cooked through.
- Serve: Serve with lightly toasted slices of baguette.

Ensure the cream cheese is fully softened for a smoother blend.
