  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Step: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned; drain excess fat.
  2. Step: Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and ranch seasoning mix; set aside.
  3. Step: In a saucepan over medium heat, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and milk until smooth; stir in cheddar cheese until melted.
  4. Step: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). In a large bowl, mix cooked pasta, beef mixture, sweet corn, and cheese sauce until well combined.
  5. Step: Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish (9×13 inches), top with extra cheddar cheese, and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.

Notes
