A crowd-pleasing pasta salad perfect for potlucks, featuring rotisserie chicken, turkey bacon, fresh vegetables, and a creamy Italian dressing.

- 8 ounces corkscrew-shaped pasta
- ¾ cup Italian-style salad dressing
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 2 cups chopped (cooked rotisserie chicken)
- 12 slices crispy cooked turkey bacon (crumbled)
- 1 cup cubed Muenster cheese
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 8 ounces cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 1 avocado – peeled (pitted, and chopped)
Instructions
- Step 1: Cook pasta in boiling lightly salted water (boiled) stirring occasionally until cooked.
- Step 2: Drain and rinse under cold water.
- Step 3: Whisk Italian-style dressing and mayonnaise together in a large bowl.
- Step 4: Stir all ingredients into dressing until evenly coated.
- Step 5: Enjoy!
Notes
Do not add the avocado until just before serving. Cook the pasta to the al dente stage and rinse with cold water to remove the starchy taste. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 or 4 days.
