Description

This easy Crab Salad is a simple and delicious crab salad recipe that comes together quickly and is great for meal prep!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1/4 cup celery, sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1 lb. crab meat, imitation or regular
  • 1/4 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1/4 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon red onion, diced
  • 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, sliced
  • 1/2 tablespoon fresh dill, roughly chopped
  • kosher salt and ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix to fully combine.
  2. Step 2: Taste and add more fresh dill, chives, salt or pepper, to taste.
  3. Step 3: Serve any way you want!

Notes

Store in airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Feel free to substitute fresh, cooked (and cooled) crab leg meat instead of imitation.
