Description
This easy Crab Salad is a simple and delicious crab salad recipe that comes together quickly and is great for meal prep!
Ingredients

- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1/4 cup celery, sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
- 1 lb. crab meat, imitation or regular
- 1/4 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1/4 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon red onion, diced
- 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1 tablespoon fresh chives, sliced
- 1/2 tablespoon fresh dill, roughly chopped
- kosher salt and ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Step 1: Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix to fully combine.
- Step 2: Taste and add more fresh dill, chives, salt or pepper, to taste.
- Step 3: Serve any way you want!
Notes
Store in airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Feel free to substitute fresh, cooked (and cooled) crab leg meat instead of imitation.
