Description
Quick and easy pasta salad that is always a hit at parties, potlucks and BBQs. Tons of flavor from the pasta, peas, smoked turkey breast, cheese and seasonings!
Ingredients

- 16 ounces elbow macaroni
- ½ teaspoon celery salt
- 1 teaspoon onion salt
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- ¾ teaspoon prepared yellow mustard
- ¼ teaspoon seasoning salt
- 8 ounces cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 16 ounces frozen peas (rinsed with warm water to thaw)
- 1 cup diced smoked turkey breast
Instructions
- Step 1: Boil elbow macaroni according to directions. Drain, rinse with cold water and set aside.
- Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, mix together celery salt, onion salt, mayonnaise, mustard, seasoning salt in large bowl.
- Step 3: Add noodles, cheddar cheese, peas and diced smoked turkey breast. Mix well.
- Step 4: Chill until serving, at least 1 hour.
Notes
Cooled macaroni will absorb the mayonnaise slower, so be sure to give it time to cool down before adding to the dressing. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
