Creamy Oven-Baked Buffalo Chicken Dip

Description

This is my go-to buffalo chicken dip recipe. For the best results, use the refrigerated ranch dressing instead of the shelf-stable one – it will taste much better!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ½ pounds cooked chicken breasts, shredded
  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • ⅔ cup ranch dressing
  • ⅔ cup Frank’s RedHot Buffalo Sauce
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese or mozzarella

Instructions

  1. Step: Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. Step: In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, ranch dressing, buffalo sauce, and 1 cup of cheddar cheese. Mix until well combined.
  3. Step: Spread into a 1.5qt baking dish and sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of cheese on top.
  4. Step: Bake for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is lightly browned and the sides are bubbling up.
  5. Step: Serve immediately with chips and/or carrots and celery.

Notes

Use refrigerated ranch dressing for better flavor. You can use a stand mixer with a paddle attachment to shred cooked chicken breasts quickly.
