Description

A light, creamy, and satisfying Pasta Crab Salad combining tender pasta shells, sweet imitation crab, crisp celery, fresh basil, and tangy feta cheese in a refreshing dressing.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces imitation crab meat chunks
  • 2 ounces dry small pasta shells, cooked
  • 1/4 cup celery, finely chopped
  • 12 tablespoons green onion, sliced
  • 1/8 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • Squeeze of lemon juice
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh basil, thinly sliced
  • 1/3 cup Feta cheese
  • Pinch of Crushed pepper flakes
  • 1/8 tsp celery seeds

Instructions

  1. Step: Add all of the ingredients to a large bowl.
  2. Step: Stir gently to combine.
  3. Step: Serve immediately, or cover and chill for up to 2 days.

Notes

Substitute fresh dill for basil if preferred. To lighten the recipe, replace half or all of the mayonnaise with plain Greek yogurt.
