Description
An iconic salad topper from the early 1900s in San Francisco, based on the classic Crab Louie Salad.
Ingredients

- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Ketchup
- 1 TBS Horseradish
- 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
- Juice of one Lemon
- 1 Green Onion, Sliced
- 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
Instructions
- Mix: In a large bowl mix all ingredients together.
- Rest: Allow to sit for 15-20 minutes before serving on your Shrimp Louie Salad.
Notes
To thin the dressing, add a couple of tablespoons of olive oil. If making ahead of time, add the horseradish just before serving to control the spiciness.
