- 4 oz Whipped Cream cheese
- 2 Tbsp Chopped scallion
- Juice of one lemon
- 3 Tbsp Chopped fresh dill
- Dash of hot sauce
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Mash: Using a fork mash the salmon into the cream cheese and remaining ingredients.
- Chill: Refrigerate.
- Serve: Bring to room temperature and serve with your favorite cracker or bread.
