Ingredients

  • 4 oz Whipped Cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp Chopped scallion
  • Juice of one lemon
  • 3 Tbsp Chopped fresh dill
  • Dash of hot sauce
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Mash: Using a fork mash the salmon into the cream cheese and remaining ingredients.
  2. Chill: Refrigerate.
  3. Serve: Bring to room temperature and serve with your favorite cracker or bread.
