Make this full of flavour cod recipe with the convenience of an air fryer! Add your favourite seasonings and enjoy a crispy air fryer cod.

- 2 cod fillets (approximately 150g each)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Lemon wedges for serving
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Step: Pat dry the cod with a paper towel.
- Step: Mix the oil with the paprika and garlic powder in a small bowl and brush both sides of each fillet with the olive oil.
- Step: Place the seasoned cod fillets in the air fryer basket, ensuring they aren’t overlapping.
- Step: Cook the cod in the air fryer at 200°C/390°F for about 10-12 minutes, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
- Step: Carefully remove the cod fillets from the air fryer and serve with lemon wedges. Squeeze the lemon over the fish just before eating.
- Step: If you like, you can garnish the cod with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
Cod can be substituted with other white fish like haddock or pollock. For a spicier kick, paprika can be replaced with cayenne pepper.
