- 1 large egg
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp dried dill
- 1/4 tsp onion powder

- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)
- Lemon wedges and tartar sauce (for serving)
Instructions
- Step 1: In a large bowl, combine 14.75 oz canned salmon, one cracked large egg, 3 tbsp mayonnaise, 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs, 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice, 1/2 tsp dried dill, 1/4 tsp onion powder, 1/4 tsp garlic powder, 1/4 tsp kosher salt, 1/4 tsp ground black pepper, and 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional). Mix everything until well combined.
- Step 2: Grease your air fryer basket with some nonstick cooking spray. Shape the salmon mixture into four equal-size patties and place them in the greased air fryer basket. Spray some cooking oil onto each salmon patty and cook them for ten to twelve minutes at 390 degrees F. Serve with lemon wedges and tartar sauce.
