  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels. Arrange them in a baking dish.
