Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels. Arrange them in a baking dish.
- Step 2: In a medium mixing bowl, combine olive oil, mayonnaise, sour cream, ranch seasoning mix, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
