Try this easy Crock Pot BBQ Pulled Chicken for your next meal. This BBQ chicken sandwich tastes great and is perfect for feeding a crowd.


Ingredients

  • 3 lb chicken breasts
  • 1 1/2 cups BBQ sauce, divided
  • 1/4 cup Italian salad dressing
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 6 buns
  • 1/2 red onion, sliced
  • 6 oz Monterey Jack cheese, sliced

Instructions

  1. Step: In a small bowl, whisk together 1 cup BBQ sauce, 1/4 cup Italian salad dressing, 1/4 cup brown sugar, and 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce.
  2. Step: Place 3 pounds of chicken breasts in a 6-quart crock pot.
  3. Step: Pour the sauce mixture over the top of the chicken.
  4. Step: Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  5. Step: Shred the chicken and stir in the remaining 1/2 cup of BBQ sauce.
  6. Step: Serve on buns topped with red onion slices and Monterey Jack cheese.
