Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Brown the Beef: In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked; drain any excess fat.
- Prepare the Casserole Dish: Grease a 9×13 inch casserole dish with cooking spray or a little olive oil.
- Layer Ingredients: Start by layering the sliced potatoes on the bottom of the dish.
- Add Ground Beef: Spread the cooked ground beef evenly over the sliced potatoes.
- Add Canned Vegetables: Layer the drained green beans over the beef, followed by the corn.
- Spread Soup: Pour the cream of mushroom soup over the top, ensuring everything is evenly covered.
- Bake: Cover the casserole with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Uncover and Crisp: Remove the foil for the last 10 minutes to allow the top to brown slightly.
- Serve: Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
