Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Brown the Beef: In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked; drain any excess fat.
  3. Prepare the Casserole Dish: Grease a 9×13 inch casserole dish with cooking spray or a little olive oil.
  4. Layer Ingredients: Start by layering the sliced potatoes on the bottom of the dish.
  5. Add Ground Beef: Spread the cooked ground beef evenly over the sliced potatoes.
  6. Add Canned Vegetables: Layer the drained green beans over the beef, followed by the corn.
  7. Spread Soup: Pour the cream of mushroom soup over the top, ensuring everything is evenly covered.
  8. Bake: Cover the casserole with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  9. Uncover and Crisp: Remove the foil for the last 10 minutes to allow the top to brown slightly.
