This easy air fryer salmon recipe has a delicious brown sugar rub that cooks tender, flaky salmon with crisp seared edges in 7-9 minutes.


Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets (58 oz. each)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon coarse sea salt
  • Pinch of pepper

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Combine the brown sugar rub and pat it generously on both sides of the salmon fillets.
  2. Step 2: Preheat the air fryer to 400°F and place the salmon fillets in the air fryer.
  3. Step 3: Air fry for 7-9 minutes, or until salmon is cooked and the tops are caramelized.

Notes
