- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 pint heavy cream
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese, plus more for serving
- ½ teaspoon garlic pepper
- salt, to taste
Instructions
- Step: Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- Step: Meanwhile, heat butter in a large saucepan over medium-low heat to melt. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
- Step: Add cream and bring to a simmer. Add Parmesan and mix well. Cook, stirring, for 3-4 minutes, until the sauce begins to thicken.
- Step: Add cooked pasta to the sauce and toss to mix. Top with garlic pepper and salt, and sprinkle with more cheese if desired.
