- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- ½ teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon celery salt
- ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 2 teaspoons dry oregano
- Pinch of cayenne pepper, or to your taste
- Vegetable oil to oil the grill grates

Instructions
- Prep: Peel the shell from the shrimp but leave the tail portion on.
