Description

One Pot Spaghetti turns the classic into a weeknight favorite, thanks to fewer dishes, less time and more flavor!!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 1/2 cups beef broth
  • 1 24-ounce jar marinara sauce
  • 1 14.5-ounce can diced tomatoes with basil, garlic and oregano (drained)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 8 ounces spaghetti (uncooked)
  • grated parmesan, red pepper flakes, fresh basil for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Step: In a large skillet, brown the ground beef until fully cooked; drain.
  2. Step: Add the broth, marinara sauce, diced tomatoes and garlic powder; bring to a boil.
  3. Step: Stir in the spaghetti.
  4. Step: Let boil, stirring frequently, for 15 minutes or until the pasta is tender and the sauce is thick.
  5. Step: Top with grated parmesan, red pepper flakes and basil, if desired.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to five days.
