- 6 chicken legs
- 1 lime, juiced
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Step: Mix all the ingredients in a gallon-size Ziploc bag. Seal the top and shake well until the chicken is well coated.
- Step: Place the bag in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to marinate.
- Step: Place in the pan of your air fryer and set the air fryer to 400° for 20 minutes.
- Step: Flip the chicken legs halfway through at the 10-minute mark.
- Step: Remove chicken legs from the air fryer with tongs and serve as the main dish with your favorite sides.
Notes
For the perfect crispy skin, ensure the chicken legs are placed in a single layer to allow for proper air flow. Ensure the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
