Description

A comforting and indulgent Garlic Parmesan Chicken Pasta Bake featuring creamy Alfredo and garlic parmesan sauces, tender chicken, and melted mozzarella cheese.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound rotini pasta, cooked and drained
  • 3 cups cooked chicken, diced or shredded
  • 2 (15 ounce) jars Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup garlic parmesan sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked pasta, chicken, Alfredo sauce, garlic parmesan sauce, half of the mozzarella, and half of the Parmesan cheese.
  3. Step 3: Season with salt and pepper, and add about ½ cup reserved pasta water if needed for extra sauciness.
  4. Step 4: Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Step 5: Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the top.
  6. Step 6: Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Step 7: Optional: Broil for 2-3 minutes for a golden top.
  8. Step 8: Let cool for 5 minutes and garnish with chopped parsley.

Notes

Save 1 cup of pasta cooking water to adjust the sauce consistency. This dish can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or frozen for 2 months.
