- 1 pound rotini pasta, cooked and drained
- 3 cups cooked chicken, diced or shredded
- 2 (15 ounce) jars Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup garlic parmesan sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked pasta, chicken, Alfredo sauce, garlic parmesan sauce, half of the mozzarella, and half of the Parmesan cheese.
- Step 3: Season with salt and pepper, and add about ½ cup reserved pasta water if needed for extra sauciness.
- Step 4: Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Step 5: Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the top.
- Step 6: Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Step 7: Optional: Broil for 2-3 minutes for a golden top.
- Step 8: Let cool for 5 minutes and garnish with chopped parsley.
Notes
Save 1 cup of pasta cooking water to adjust the sauce consistency. This dish can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or frozen for 2 months.
