Notes
Use freshly grated Parmesan for best flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. Reheat gently to avoid overcooking shrimp. Try swapping mozzarella for provolone or fontina, or add fresh basil or thyme for different flavor notes.
