- 1 lb chicken tenders
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1/2 cup Panko bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup plain bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Make the marinade: Combine mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and garlic in a large bowl and add the chicken tenders.
- Dredge: Combine plain bread crumbs, Panko, Parmesan, salt, and pepper, coat the chicken, and place in the air fryer basket.
- Bake: Cook at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 4-5 minutes per side until meat reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
Notes
These can be frozen for up to 1 month after cooling. Frozen tenders take about 12 minutes total to cook, flipping halfway through.
