Instructions

  1. Prepare the Crust: Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F) and line a 20cm (8-inch) pan.
  2. Make Tart Dough: Cream butter and sugar, then add flour and salt.
  3. Bake the Crust: Press dough into pan and bake for 12-15 minutes.
  4. Craft Golden Caramel: Melt butter, add brown sugar and cream, boil for 2 minutes.
