- 2 cups fresh pineapple chunks
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 small red onion, cut into wedges
- 0.25 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Step: Whisk soy sauce, olive oil, honey, lime juice, garlic, ginger, and black pepper. Add chicken and marinate at least 30 minutes.
- Step: Preheat grill to 400 to 425 degrees Fahrenheit and oil grates.
