Description
This super simple honey BBQ sauce makes this chicken an extra yummy meal.
Ingredients

- 4 thin cut chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 tablespoons BBQ seasoning
- 3/4 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- Optional: hot sauce
- kosher salt, pepper
Instructions
- Step: Place the chicken breasts in a gallon size plastic bag. Add the olive oil and BBQ seasoning. Massage the bag until evenly coated. Marinate in the fridge at least 1 hour or over night.
- Step: Mix the BBQ sauce and honey together in a bowl, add hot sauce if desired. Set aside.
- Step: Season the chicken with kosher salt and pepper, then place the chicken on your grill or Blackstone griddle over medium to medium-high heat. Add a little cooking oil first if using a griddle.
- Step: Grill 4-5 minutes per side (depending on thickness of chicken). Brush with the honey BBQ sauce several times during grilling. Serve with remaining honey BBQ sauce on the side.
Notes
Ensure chicken is cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F. You can use any vegetable oil for the griddle.
