Description

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Step: In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Drain any excess fat.
  2. Step: Add the taco seasoning, a little water, and optional garlic or onion powder for deeper flavor. Cook until well combined.
  3. Step: In a bowl, layer the warm cooked rice, seasoned ground beef, black beans, corn, and diced tomatoes.
  4. Step: Top with shredded cheese, diced avocado, sour cream, and optional salsa or lime juice for added freshness and flavor.
  5. Step: Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve immediately.
