- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Step: In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Drain any excess fat.
- Step: Add the taco seasoning, a little water, and optional garlic or onion powder for deeper flavor. Cook until well combined.
- Step: In a bowl, layer the warm cooked rice, seasoned ground beef, black beans, corn, and diced tomatoes.
- Step: Top with shredded cheese, diced avocado, sour cream, and optional salsa or lime juice for added freshness and flavor.
- Step: Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve immediately.
