Description
Seasoned air fryer chicken tenders without breading are a quick and easy way to make healthy chicken tenderloins for dinner.
Ingredients

- 1 lb raw chicken tenders (7-8)
- 1 Tbsp avocado oil or olive oil
- 1 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 1 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 Tbsp fine sea salt
- 1 1/2 tsp ground pepper
- 1 tsp brown sugar, coconut sugar or golden monk fruit
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
Instructions
- Step: Mix the onion powder, garlic powder, cumin powder, chili powder, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, sweetener, and cayenne pepper in a bowl.
- Step: Preheat the air fryer for 5 minutes at 400 F.
- Step: Pat the chicken tenders dry with paper towels, place them in a medium bowl, add oil, and toss to coat.
- Step: Sprinkle the seasoning on both sides of the chicken tenderloins, rubbing the mix into the meat.
- Step: Air fry for 8-9 minutes at 400 F, flipping after 5 minutes, until internal temperature reaches 160 F-162 F.
- Step: Let the chicken rest for a few minutes until it reaches 165 F before serving.
Notes
Great for meal prep. If you skip preheating, cooking time increases to 12-14 minutes. Can be adapted using Curry, Italian garlic, or Cajun blackened seasoning.
