Here’s an easy goulash recipe that the entire family will love!
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 cups elbow noodles
- 1 can (8oz) tomato sauce
- 1 can (14.5oz) diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Step: Place a large skillet over medium heat and add your ground beef to the skillet
- Step: Cook beef until brown and done
- Step: Fill a sauce pan 2/3 full of water and place it over medium high heat.
- Step: Bring water to a boil and once the water is boiling add the noodles to the boiling water
- Step: Boil noodles until they are done
- Step: Add tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, ketchup, garlic powder, water, salt and black pepper to the cooked ground beef
- Step: Add drained noodles to the beef mixture and cook on low for 10 minutes.
- Step: Serve & enjoy
Notes
To make this meal go further on a budget, you can add extra noodles, tomato sauce, and diced tomatoes.
