Description

A healthier, high-protein buffalo chicken dip made with Greek yogurt and cottage cheese instead of cream cheese. Perfect for game day, this dip is creamy, spicy, and ready in just 30 minutes.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 8 ounces cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup Frank’s Red Hot Sauce
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1/2 packet ranch seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. Prep: Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray the baking dish with coconut oil spray.
  2. Blend: Combine Greek yogurt and cottage cheese in a food processor until smooth.
  3. Combine: Add the cheese mixture, buffalo sauce, ranch seasoning, shredded chicken, and shredded cheese to the prepared baking dish and stir until well combined.
  4. Bake: Bake at 350F for 20-25 minutes or until the top is bubbly.
  5. Crisp: Place under the broiler for a minute to crisp the top, watching closely.
  6. Garnish: Top with green onions or snipped chives if desired.
