- 1 pound of grilled chicken, sliced
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Step 1: Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Step 2: In a large skillet, preheat a drizzle of olive oil over medium heat. Sauté the minced garlic for about 1 minute, until fragrant—don’t let it brown!
- Step 3: Slowly add the heavy cream, stirring occasionally, and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Step 4: Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is smooth.
- Step 5: Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Step 6: Add the cooked pasta and grilled chicken, tossing everything together until well coated.
- Step 7: Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
For best results, use freshly grated Parmesan for a smoother melt and richer flavor. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
