- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tsp salt
- ¼ tsp ground pepper
- ½ tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp ground paprika
Instructions
- Step: Trim off any excess fat from the chicken thighs and discard it.
- Step: In a bowl, whisk together mayo, oil, and minced garlic.
- Step: Add the chicken thighs to a large bowl and coat with the mayo mixture.

Notes
For the best flavor, marinade the chicken for 3-4 hours or up to overnight. If short on time, 30 minutes will suffice. Ensure the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
